Senior Environmental Employment (SEE) Program Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) OPEN POSITION

Location: Washington D.C.

The Center for Workforce Inclusion is recruiting for a Program Analyst position within the Senior Environmental Employment (SEE) Program which provides support to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in Washington, DC. Successful candidates must meet the age criteria of being 55 years of age or older and eligible to work in the United States. Selected candidates will also be required to undergo a federal security background check.

This position is to directly support the AITSSS Director in the establishment and creation of various work products related to the successful implementation of the Business Value of IT Governance Board.

  • scheduling of governance meetings with the ARM staff
  • providing both video recordings and note taking at governance meetings/discussions
  • independently creating SOP’s and process flows from governance discussions
  • maintaining records in a SharePoint site
  • ensuring all workgroups are aware of project tasks and milestones

Successful candidates must meet the age criteria of being 55 years of age or older and eligible to work in the United States; able to pass a Federal Background check; possess some college IT/IM related field of study desired, or 5-10 years’ experience in management/program analyst and/or Information Management desired. Must have the ability to use MS Word, MS Excel; Prime candidates are self-starters with strong communication and customer relation skills. Must demonstrate ability to work independently as well as in a team environment and provide high level of customer service to internal and external customers.

Part-Time position working 20 hours per week ($15.20 per hour), vacation/ sick/holiday leave.
