The Digital Catalyst Program

woman working from homeThe Digital Catalyst Program is an on-the-job training apprenticeship for underserved older Americans to help local small businesses grow through digital marketing, communications, and customer service.

We created the program to break the cycle of individual and community poverty through the power of work. Our trainees gain marketable, future-focused skills in digital marketing, communications, and customer service. Our small business clients gain valuable marketing services to grow their business, attract loyal customers and put them on the path to hire local community members.

Our Trainees

Our trainees have an interest in social media marketing and customer service. They want to help businesses in their community recover from COVID-19 and they meet two criteria: they are 40 or older and live at or below the poverty line.

No experience in any form of marketing or customer service is required to participate in this program.

Our Small Business Clients

We recruit minority- and female-owned small businesses who are committed to helping their fellow community members gain relevant, marketable skills while growing their own businesses.
