Presented to Mike Sievert, President and CEO, T-Mobile

The Center for Workforce Inclusion 2022 Workforce Equity Award

As the only national non-profit organization focused exclusively on workforce equity for older adults, we have seen first-hand the devastating impact of the digital divide on older job seekers.

T-Mobile’s expansion of 5G Fixed Wireless, with its focus on low-income, rural communities that previously had no or limited access to broadband, means that millions of job seekers now have access to skills training and employment opportunities.
