Report: Automation and the Future of the African American Workforce

Automation is one of the most important factors impacting the future of work. McKinsey & Company has released a new report called “Automation and the Future of the African American Workforce.” This important research details how automation will impact the African American workforce.

McKinsey concluded that “without concerted effort, automation could heighten disparities that already harm minority workers.” The report concludes that the private, public, and social sectors must engage in collaboration to avoid this outcome.
